Polymer Clay Jewelry Pack GIVEAWAY!! :D
waiting for the last few prizes to arrive in the mail!

Happy holidays everyone! I'll be doing a Grandma Thunderpants goodie bag giveaway for New Years. :D For Christmas, I decided to give a gift that keeps on giving! Since I always get asked about where to buy clay or what items you need, I decided to include some very basic things you need to get started on making your very own charms and jewelry!
This starter pack comes with:
- 12 pack of Sculpey III colors
- 1 pack of Premo Translucent
- A basic clay sculpting tool (the purple thing!)
- Set of findings (lobster clasp, eye/headpins, jump rings, earring hooks.)
- 5 feet of silver chain
- A set of 3 circle cutters (your set will be sealed in its original packaging... it hasn't arrived in the mail yet!)
- A mystery BONUS! What is it...!? You won't know until a winner is chosen! (but trust me... it's good.)
This is about a $30 value, and it can be your

The Artist and The Model
She posed for the artist to paint her
She sat so perfectly still
A tremble came across her body
That was way beyond her will
"For that, my dear" said the artist
"I'll paint your blue eyes shut
Forever you'll be cast into darkness
Before you return to dust"
The subject, the model, the lady
Laughed and was not so fussed
"You think you have such power, my dear
In the stroke of your brush?
Don't forget it is I, your subject
That brings beauty to your piece
Without me you would be nothing;
A lush drunk on self belief"

With that the artist grabbed his palette
Ferociously began to paint
Till fatigue encapsulated his bones
And he began to feel faint
"How dare you bring into question
This masterpiece, my life's work
From my hand to brush to canvas
My unique view of this world"
"Artist you are not so special
With strokes many could make
Where as my beauty is as unique
As a falling snowflake
And it is I that fell from Heaven
Onto the blank canvas Earth
As potent as God's silence
And as

No problem, it's my pleasure!
I really like your work, your style is very intersting and how you play with words.. just amazing.
By chance, did you publish (a part of) your work? I'm looking to extend my collection of literature and poetry with some good books. I'd happily buy it if it was available.

thats really nice of you :) i wish i was published. I have no idea how to get published or if my poems are good enough :)

buts its a confidence boost to hear you say that :)

Well, I don't live in the UK, so I don't have an idea of how the publishing process goes there but if you do a quick Google search on publishers in the UK, you'll find quite a few. Usually they have you pay a fee to do it, some publishers also do it for free, but keep a percentage of your earnings. Just ask them. All publishers will happily look at a selection of your poems if you mail them, and you can discuss details with them.

If you'd ask me, your poems are good enough. So no need to worry about that :3

(And sorry for my bad grammar, I'm not a native speaker of the English language ><)

Okay so I'm sending this to everyone

The idea as been going around that for change we should do changing life points, ie. childhood, teen years, adulthood, and elder. Each one would look back on the last and there are 4 of us.

The variation for this are:
Childhood looking back on nothing
The addition of death so childhood looking back is not needed
Using both and not having teenager

There are more we could use or we could go in a totally different direction.
Please go to MSN Thursday 7 or 8 GMT (3 or 4 East coast USA) So we can talk about this as a group.

I would like to call Adult/Teen just because I have to write something fitting that in the first place, but all this can be determined latter and I am flexible, in fact we could all pick the same and I don't think any one would care. (then again where is the fun in that?)
